Who controls the information
Scoped Intelligence operates this website and controls the contact information collected through its form. We use it to review the request, prevent abuse, respond, and keep a reasonable business record. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list.
What the form collects
The form collects your name, email address, and message. Company and timing are optional. Limited technical information supports validation and abuse prevention. New file uploads are not accepted.
Please leave out confidential, regulated, payment-card, health, or client-identifying information.
New inquiries and human review
New website inquiries are not sent to an AI model. We do not use a model to classify them, decide whether Sergey is notified, or create a reply draft. Automated validation and abuse controls still apply.
The website records an accepted inquiry, sends a fixed acknowledgment, and notifies Sergey through the existing mail service. These delivery steps can have different completion states. A person reviews the message and owns the substantive response and any commitment.
Providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and its data services. Turnstile performs an anti-automation check. Google Workspace sends fixed acknowledgment emails and owner notifications and holds business correspondence.
Before the non-AI inquiry release, the website used OpenAI to prepare internal classifications, summaries, and suggested replies when the visitor provided AI-processing consent. The visitor's email address was excluded from that model payload, and requests used store: false. That historical processing is not used for new inquiries after this release. Existing historical records and private drafts remain subject to the retention and handling described below.
These providers may process data outside your country. This website does not offer data residency.
Website analytics and retention
This site uses content-free first-party page, session, action, and form-funnel analytics. Sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. Estimated weekly unique browsers is an estimate of participating browsers, not people. Device, browser, private-window, and storage behavior can change the count. A site-specific first-party identifier rotates weekly. Raw analytics and session records are retained for 35 days and finalized aggregates for 400 days.
Analytics does not include form content, email addresses, IP hashes, fingerprints, advertising identifiers, advertising profiles, marketing-list enrollment, or cross-site identity.
Cloudflare also provides hosting, security, privacy-focused aggregate Web Analytics, and performance measurement. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no analytics cookies or local storage and does not create a remembered visitor profile.
Website copies of contact submissions are marked for deletion after 180 days. Removal occurs through a bounded maintenance pass triggered by later accepted form activity, so the 180-day point is not a promise of immediate deletion. The same handling applies to historical AI-prepared summaries and draft content stored with those submissions. Earlier file uploads are not imported into this system, and new uploads are not accepted.
A historical private Gmail draft remains until the owner sends or deletes it. Sent correspondence becomes a business record in Google Workspace. Removing a website submission does not itself delete separate correspondence or a historical Gmail draft.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests, email contact@scopedintelligence.com or use the contact form. Please identify the request as a privacy request and provide only the information needed to locate the relevant record. Rights vary by location. A person reviews the request and owns the response and any commitment.
