Who controls the information
Scoped Intelligence operates this site and controls the contact information collected through the intake form. We use it to review the request, prevent abuse, decide whether there is a useful next step, respond, and keep a reasonable business record. We do not enroll visitors in a marketing list.
What the intake collects
The form collects the name, work email, optional organization, desired start, workflow description, optional context, AI-consent choice, and limited technical information used to prevent abuse. New file uploads are not accepted.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, payment-card, health, or client-identifying information.
What OpenAI processes
When consent is provided, OpenAI receives the visitor’s name, organization when supplied, desired start, workflow description, and optional context to classify and summarize the request and prepare an editable suggested reply. The visitor’s email address is excluded from the model payload. The Responses request uses store: false.
Human review and response
AI does not decide eligibility, make commitments, or send the substantive reply. Substantive inquiries are reviewed and sent by a person. If AI preparation is unavailable, a deterministic fallback keeps the intake reviewable.
Provider separation
Cloudflare hosts the site, and Turnstile performs an anti-automation check. OpenAI provides the bounded intake preparation described above. Google Workspace sends the fixed receipt and owner notification and, when AI preparation succeeds, creates an optional private draft for the owner to review, edit, and send. The actual business reply is human-reviewed and human-sent. No scheduled digest, combined report, or third-project relay is used. These providers may process data outside the visitor’s country; this site does not offer data residency.
FROM THE STUDIO
An approved public-safe Studio update may appear on the homepage for up to 72 hours after durable acceptance. The page reads the accepted website record; it does not contact Studio Pulse or Signal Machine during rendering. Customer intake, private source content, internal identifiers, approval proofs, receipts, and credentials are not exposed in the public update. When no current record exists, the section is absent.
Website analytics and retention
This site uses content-free first-party page, session, action, and form-funnel analytics. Sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. Estimated weekly unique browsers is an estimate of participating browsers, not people. Device, browser, private-window, and storage behavior can change the count. A site-specific first-party identifier rotates weekly. Raw analytics and session records are retained for 35 days and finalized aggregates for 400 days. Analytics never includes form content, email addresses, IP hashes, fingerprints, advertising identifiers, advertising profiles, marketing-list enrollment, or cross-site identity. Cloudflare Web Analytics separately provides aggregate analytics.
Website copies of contact submissions, including AI-prepared summaries and draft content, are marked for deletion after 180 days and removed by a bounded maintenance pass triggered by later form activity. Earlier file uploads are not imported into this system, and new file uploads are not accepted. A private Gmail draft remains until the owner sends or deletes it. Sent correspondence becomes a business record in Google Workspace.
Privacy requests
Use the workflow form to request access, correction, or deletion. Begin the workflow field with “Privacy request.” Rights vary by location. The same human review boundary applies: a person owns the actual response and any commitment.
