In Practice
Real builds. Honest boundaries.
These are founder-built systems, not customer case studies or claims that every capability is generally available. They operate in different domains, but each uses the same model: a defined job, approved inputs, explicit exclusions, a review-ready output, and a decision that remains human.
Status guide
What each status means.
- Live internal deployment
- Live internal deployment means the system is operating in the founder’s environment but is not generally available.
- Private beta
- Private beta means selected outside testers can currently use or evaluate the workflow.
- Working prototype
- Working prototype means an operational version exists, while its interface, structure, or capabilities are still being expanded.
Live internal deployment
Family Andon
Keep household events and open actions visible without treating every incoming message as a trusted fact.
Operating boundary
What the system prepares—and what stays human.
- Job
- Collect items from approved household mail accounts and manual submissions, identify events and actions, and prepare approved facts for a shared display.
- Approved inputs
- Configured household mail accounts, manual entries, household members, ownership rules, and administrator-controlled settings.
- Out of scope
- Sending messages, making appointments or purchases, silently publishing uncertain information, or changing household responsibilities without review.
- Prepared output
- A shared display of events, open actions, attention items, upcoming dates, and synchronization status, supported by a review queue and administrative controls.
- Human gate
- A household administrator approves uncertain items, edits or rejects them, manages trusted sources and household members, and controls what reaches the display.
The system is deployed and operating as a founder build. Version 1.1 is now being developed from real use and observed operating needs.

Private beta
3D Release Manager
Reduce repeated release work and prevent product files, listings, media, and versions from drifting apart.
Operating boundary
One release record. Every publication stays approved.
- Job
- Prepare and track one 3D product release across selected marketplaces and YouTube.
- Approved inputs
- Approved STL and related product files, images and video, title and description, license, price, version information, and requirements for supported publishing destinations.
- Out of scope
- Changing ownership or license terms, changing prices without approval, materially altering product files, supporting destinations that have not been implemented, or publishing and revising listings without creator approval.
- Prepared output
- A release manifest, completeness checks, destination-specific listing drafts, publishing sequence, cross-link preparation, and discrepancy or version flags.
- Human gate
- The creator resolves exceptions and approves every release, price, revision, listing, and publication.
The workflow is in private beta and is being tested with real release data and direct creator feedback.
Working prototype
Auction Search & Bid Planner
Turn scattered auction listings into an organized buying, bidding, scheduling, and pickup plan.
Operating boundary
Research prepares the plan. The buyer makes the call.
- Job
- Search approved auction sources on a schedule, rank relevant opportunities, and prepare bid and logistics recommendations within defined constraints.
- Approved inputs
- Approved auction sources, geographic area, product categories, condition rules, budget, buyer fees, applicable cost assumptions, travel limits, auction schedules, and pickup constraints.
- Out of scope
- Placing bids, making purchases, guaranteeing condition or value, guaranteeing resale results, ignoring auction terms, or exceeding user-defined financial limits.
- Prepared output
- A ranked opportunity list, supporting evidence, uncertainty notes, estimated total cost, proposed bid ceilings, auction schedule, and pickup plan.
- Human gate
- The user verifies each listing, selects whether to participate, determines the final bid, and owns every purchase and pickup decision.
Scheduled research and LLM-assisted analysis are operating now. The next version will combine structured source collection, deterministic calculations, and model-based analysis in a more manageable user-facing workflow.
