Current-state workflow and ownership
How the selected workstream runs today: inputs, handoffs, decisions, responsibilities, and exceptions.
Commercial Operations Review
The Commercial Operations Review examines one selected commercial workstream and gives you a report your team—or another supplier—can use to act.
Understand the process before committing to a solution. Recommendations may be organizational, rules-based, or AI-assisted.
RFQ and quote readiness, sales-to-delivery handoffs, order readiness, customer commitments, service escalation, supplier coordination, or operating reviews. Industrial businesses, distributors, integrators, and other B2B commercial teams are a natural fit.
What you receive
A practical report connects the current state to a recommended approach, the options worth considering, and the work needed to move forward.
How the selected workstream runs today: inputs, handoffs, decisions, responsibilities, and exceptions.
Where information is missing, ownership is unclear, and the team has to chase, reconstruct, or repeat work.
A proposed way to run the work, with clearer roles, decision points, handoffs, and review responsibilities.
Practical KPI and measurement recommendations, including where a baseline is needed before setting targets.
Organizational changes, existing-tool improvements, software that follows agreed rules, AI-assisted options where useful, and decisions that should remain human work.
Recommended priorities, assumptions, cost and effort ranges, dependencies, and risks—clearly distinguished rather than presented as promises.
The report, made concrete
The result is a usable operating brief: what is happening, what needs to change, and a practical order for doing it.
Your report can guide your own team or another supplier. You do not have to buy implementation from Scoped Intelligence.

Selected workstream · Request for quotation to quote readiness
Requests arrive without a named owner or complete requirements.
Measurement: Track readiness at first review; establish a baseline before setting a target.
Roadmap: Start with ownership and checklist. Evaluate software only after the process is clear.
A named reviewer can validate requirements and exceptions.
Estimate ranges after the option, inputs, and dependencies are defined. No client estimate is shown here.
Representative examples and agreement on responsible roles.
A poor checklist can add repeat work. AI summaries can omit details and require review.
How the engagement works
We agree the selected workstream, participants, available materials, and schedule before starting. Analysis between sessions turns the conversations into a usable report.
Session one
Walk through what happens today, who owns each step, where information comes from, and where decisions or handoffs get difficult.
Session two
Review bottlenecks and repeat work. Check the assumptions, discuss a target operating approach, and compare practical improvement options.
Session three
Review priorities, measures, dependencies, and tradeoffs. Work through the report so your team understands what it can act on next.
Supporting analysis is included, followed by one consolidated clarification/revision to the report.
The fee covers one selected commercial workstream. Additional departments, locations, or workstreams require a scope review. Material onsite expansion may also revise professional scope before the work is performed.
The report can be used by your own team or another supplier. Any implementation by Scoped is separately scoped, from $7,500. Consulting fees are not automatically credited toward implementation.
Before we begin
No. A clearer responsibility, a changed handoff, or better use of an existing tool may be the right recommendation. Rules-based software follows agreed instructions; AI may help prepare information when human review remains appropriate.
